Thick, flattering waistband made from stretch mesh and lace for a sheer effect complete with picot elastic at the waist to help secure the waistband as well as add a little cute detail. Polka dot ruffle skirt with a lace skirt underlay. I also added two fabric buttons that I made using fabric scraps and upcycle buttons!
